As an adjunct to our advisory business, HT Capital will make direct investments in selected companies. We will invest our own capital; co-invest with private equity firms; or partner with other high net worth individuals.

In addition to financial resources, the principals of HT Capital can provide operating, financial and management expertise. Our senior professionals have broad experience with general financing and bankruptcy related issues. We are prepared to couple our investment with management’s and offer support at the Board level or, if desired and necessary, to oversee day-to-day management and provide short term direct operational involvement.

Target Companies:
Generally, we will invest in companies doing between $5,000,000 and $50,000,000 in Sales. We will invest in manufacturing, distribution or service businesses, but are not particularly interested in retail or highly regulated businesses.
