Mr. Danett has over twenty years of experience providing merger & acquisition, private placement and general corporate advisory services to middle market companies.

Prior to joining HT Capital Advisors as Managing Director, Mr. Danett was a Vice President at Valufinder Group, Inc., a buy side investment banking firm where he specialized in middle market M&A deal origination and placement. Mr. Danett was responsible for originating transactions for the financial sponsor community across industries such as manufacturing, technology, healthcare, energy, retail, logistics and business service industries.

Mr. Danett also spent ten years as an investment banker in the private placement practice and advisory group first with The Applebee Group, Inc. and then as a Managing Director with its spinoff, Meramec Advisors, LLC. At these firms, Mr. Danett was responsible for deal origination, structuring and placement of debt instruments and business advisory work for middle market clients. Mr. Danett started his career in multinational corporate lending at Citibank, N.A. specializing in derivatives and unique credit instruments for Fortune 100 corporations.

Mr. Danett holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and an AB degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
