Prior to joining HT Capital Advisors, Mr. Perussault was Divisional Vice-President of Business Development and Strategy with Polaroid Corporation. In his five years at Polaroid, he was responsible for divestitures pre and post-bankruptcy.

For two years, Mr. Perussault held a senior manager position at Ernst & Young consulting in the M&A group. From 1987 to 1997, Mr. Perussault held positions of increasing responsibilities at BellSouth Corporation and BellSouth International. During his tenure at BellSouth, he participated or directly completed over $450 million of equity investments in India, New Zealand, France, Brazil and Mexico. The scope of investments ranged from cellular joint-ventures, acquisitions and cable network investments.

During his time with BellSouth International, Mr. Perussault participated in the implementation and financing of telecom investments through various expatriate assignments in China, Brussels and Lima, Peru. The aggregate value of the investments were in excess of $1.2 billion.

Early in his career, Mr. Perussault held various positions in the treasury group of Cabot Corporation where he managed the foreign exchange department and short-term financing.

Mr. Perussault holds a B.S. in Economics from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, FLA. He also holds a master’s degree in International Finance (MIM) from the American Graduate School of International Management, known as “Thunderbird”.
