Mr. Perrier has more than 13 years of international investment banking experience in Europe, North America and the Emerging Markets. Throughout this period, he has developed broad experience across numerous industry sectors and has acquired extensive knowledge of the cultural and industrial characteristics of these geographic markets.

Prior to joining HT Capital Advisors, he spent 13 years with BNP Paribas, one of the largest banks in Europe. From to 2002 to 2008, he was part of the BNP Paribas Corporate Finance Group in New York with responsibilities for the food & beverages industry. During this period, he also executed advisory assignments in several other sectors including retail, banking institutions, oil & gas and engineering services.

From 1995 to 2002, he was part of the Emerging Markets Group with a focus on Africa and the Middle East. He worked on numerous transactions including the origination and execution of syndicated loans, bond issues IPOs, and privatization assignments across a wide spectrum of industries such as: telecommunications, utilities, food retail, food & beverages, and financial institutions. During Mr. Perrier's tenure at BNP, he has worked on hundreds of assignments and closed dozens of transactions.

Mr. Perrier is a graduate of Sup de Co Tours in France.
