Mr. Moore presently serves as Managing Director for HT Capital Advisors, LLC, a New York based Investment Banking firm. His responsibilities include the management of the firm?s private equity investments, as well as overseeing advisory assignments in small to medium size technology oriented manufacturing companies.  Concurrently, he is The Chief Executive Officer of Harmonics Limited, Inc. an HT Capital Portfolio Company which develops, manufactures and sells patented, energy saving, power distribution equipment throughout The United States.

Prior to assuming his duties at Harmonics Limited, Inc., , he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Precision Optical Systems Inc. (POS), a company formed when Mr. Moore and HT Capital purchased the Commercial Optics Division of the Polaroid Corporation in 2003. As CEO, he conceived and implemented the strategy to commercialize the company?s optical technology and manufacturing capability into the high volume camera phone and medical instrumentation markets. In 2004, Mr. Moore and HT Capital successfully divested POS to a public strategic industry acquirer.

Mr. Moore has an extensive background as an accomplished Chief Executive with proficiency in profitably growing global high technology manufacturing businesses, both public and private. He possesses expertise across multiple technology platforms in international electronic products manufacturing, fiber optic components and networks, precision optical components, complex wire and cable; and e-commerce.

As Chief Executive, he has raised start-up capital for high growth entrepreneurial organizations as well as secured the financing to privatize divisions of major corporations. He has effectively identified and closed strategic acquisitions and negotiated numerous international manufacturing and marketing alliances. He has also led the turnaround of two manufacturing companies.

Mr. Moore held Chief Executive Officer positions with Precision Optical Systems, Norwood, MA.; and Component Intertechnologies, San Diego, CA; a former division of GTI Corporation (NASDAQ). He served as Director and Board Member for Glopex, Inc., Fremont, CA, an e-commerce software provider. He also served in a senior executive capacity at Extended Length Flex Corporation, Foster City, CA (technology start-up); The Rockbestos Company (Marmon Group), New Haven, CT; Times Fiber Communications, Inc. (Amphenol, Inc.), Wallingford, CT; and Zygo Corporation (NASDAQ), Middlefield, CT. Early in his career he held positions with Lucent Technologies and Citicorp.

Mr. Moore holds a B.S. from the Stevens Institute of Technology, an M.S. from Northwestern University, an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University and an Executive M.B.A. from the University of New Haven.
